Who we are

DilSe is run by Abhishek, based in Patna, Bihar. When these terms say "we" or "us", that's who we mean. "You" means the person making a page.

You need to be 18+

You can only create an account and make pages if you're at least 18 years old. By signing in, you confirm that you are.

What you can and can't make

DilSe is for kind, personal messages. Please don't use it to:

• harass, bully, threaten or stalk anyone;
• share sexual content, hate speech, or anything illegal;
• pretend to be someone else, or trick people into sharing money, passwords or personal details;
• post other people's photos without their permission.

Links aren't allowed in page text, and we block some words. We can take down any page that breaks these rules, and block accounts that keep doing it. Taken-down paid pages aren't refunded.

Your content

What you write and upload stays yours. You give us permission to store it and show it to anyone who has your page's link, for as long as the page is live and for the retention period in our privacy policy. You're responsible for what you put on your page.

Pages expire

Every page has an end date that depends on what was bought (Free: 2 days; Greeting card: 1, 2 or 7 days; Story: 7 days). Anyone with the link, including the person it was sent to, can pay to keep it longer (1 to 12 months at a time, never more than 2 years ahead). Paying to keep a page only adds time to that page; it doesn't transfer ownership or let the payer change it. After a page ends, the link shows a goodbye screen. It can be brought back for 7 days after it ends; after that, its photos and message are deleted for good. Replies are deleted 30 days after it ends, and only the page's title stays on your dashboard.

Payments

Prices are shown before you pay, in Indian rupees, including any taxes that apply. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Each payment is one-time, for one page. There are no subscriptions. See our refund policy.

The service

We work hard to keep DilSe running smoothly, but it's provided "as is". We aren't liable for indirect losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the page involved.

Changes and contact
